EcoNest Cleaning Co. provides eco-friendly cleaning services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Malaysia. Our services include, but are not limited to, regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning solutions as described on our website or as agreed upon in writing before service delivery.

3. Service Scheduling and Cancellation

3.1. Scheduling

You may schedule our services through our website, by phone, or email. All service appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone.

3.2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Prices for our services are as quoted on our website or as provided in a custom quote. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Service Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.

6. Access to Premises

You agree to provide access to the premises at the scheduled service time. If our team cannot access the premises, a lockout fee may apply, and the service may need to be rescheduled.

7. Liability Limitations

While we take all reasonable care to protect your property during cleaning, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or damage due to faulty items. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

9. Service Restrictions

Our cleaning services do not include:

• Moving heavy furniture or appliances
• Cleaning biohazardous materials
• Exterior window cleaning above ground level
• Services that would violate safety regulations

10. Property Preparation

To ensure effective cleaning, we request that you remove valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned, secure pets, and provide clear access to areas requiring service.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
